A new chapter for an established address.
This property began as a character home on an established Woodville West allotment. Vault 7 recognised the opportunity to reimagine the site, replacing the existing residence with a contemporary residential development designed to make better use of the land while contributing positively to the evolving streetscape.
The new homes balance architectural presence with everyday liveability, combining clean forms, a restrained material palette and light-filled interiors with considered outdoor spaces and landscaping.
It is an example of the Vault 7 approach in practice — seeing beyond what exists today to create a thoughtful, enduring residential outcome for tomorrow.
