WHO WE ARE

We see what others might overlook.

Vault 7 develops considered residential projects across Adelaide.

We identify established sites with the potential for something better, then work with experienced designers and consultants to create homes that respond to their location, their streetscape and the people who will eventually live there.

Every decision matters — from the way a home sits on its site to its proportions, materials and finishing details.

The result is development that feels considered rather than simply new.

OUR APPROACH

Potential is only the beginning.

Recognising an opportunity is one thing. Realising it well requires considered decisions at every stage.

Vault 7 brings together experienced architects, designers, consultants and construction professionals to shape each development from its earliest planning through to completion.

We consider how the site can be used intelligently, how each home will function, how the development presents to the street and how materials and details come together as a whole.

The objective is simple: to create homes that make the most of their opportunity without losing sight of the people who will ultimately live in them.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Good development should add more than it replaces.

Development inevitably changes a site. We believe the measure of that change is the quality of what comes next.

Our aim is not simply to maximise what can be built. It is to find the right balance between opportunity, architecture, liveability and enduring appeal.

That means respecting the character and scale of established neighbourhoods while recognising that suburbs evolve. It means designing for the people who will call these homes theirs, not simply for the moment they enter the market.

Considered development creates value beyond the boundaries of the site itself.

WHAT GUIDES US

Thoughtful today. Enduring tomorrow.

Our Purpose

To recognise the potential within established Adelaide sites and create considered residential developments that improve the way that potential is realised.

Our Ambition

To build a body of work recognised for thoughtful design, enduring quality and a positive contribution to Adelaide’s evolving residential landscape.
